PTCL / I requested to close my services, paid all my bills but still sending me bill

Hi,

I have put forward a request to close my landline and dsl services against number 04235915198 on March 6, 2017. Paid the bill till March 6, 2017 and PTCL team ensured me that I will not receive any bill any more in the future as I am not availing the services. Yet, they still sending me the bill and now saying you have to pay it. Its like MQM gunda gardi. I have all the documented and conversation proofs. Its fault of PTCL irresponsible an unprofessional staff that they did not act upon my request.
Being a PTCL customer is a mental torture. I am really glad there are some services as PTCL competitor now and we have other options. PTCL is losing thousands of customers daily due to their pathetic customer services, irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour but still they dont learn their lesson.
