Hi there,

I did deactivate my connection in June 2017, and now again requested to activate it. But it came an issue from billing section that you haven’t paid for the months having your suspended connection which is quite a stupid. Then it rosolved and they activated my line but not the broadband which took more than two weeks to cope up with that issue.
After that, I meet with business manager in ptcl office and they confirmed from billing section that number still shows suspended status and then he instructed the billing section guy to refresh and to apply a command, and told me to wait 24 hours maximum time.
Today morning I got a call from PTCL and they told me to go a local ptcl office to meet line man for connection installation. I met him and they demand RS 3000 as security. I already given deposit as its just to reactivate and then to switch it to my new address. Its been my 9th time going to ptcl office and still in process.

Its really disappointing. Must take a strick action.
