Subject: FREQUENT DISCONNECTION OF BROAD BAND (DSL) AND
LOW BROWSING SPEED.

Dear Sir / Madam,

It is stated that I am user of PTCL land line/broad band (DSL) services since long, but unfortunately from last two months I am facing problems regarding services stated above. Especially in the month of July, 2017 almost I am on the way to submit complaints to the service provider concerning subject issue but there is no permanent solution is given to solve the problem.

2. In this regard, you may please get the status of my compliments from the concern section for the last month to till date the position will be clear in front of you about the progress of the customer care section, which gives the best services to the customers. In this connection, I would request you to please check and resolve the issue. I trust that my humble request will meet with your kind attention.
