Salam! Dear Sir,
With great respect it is briefed to u that I am a student and is regular customer of PTCL since 2017 but often my connection is down or I often face problem of disconnection, in this regard I have submitted my complaint several times on helpline as well as in local PTCL office i.e. Farid Town Office Sahiwal but I have not been responded even in spite of several complaints, also the whole staff of above marked PTCL center is very misguiding including all members from SDO Saeed Watto to Line Man and on asking them to fix the problem or we complaint against them they just turn a deaf ear to all this and reply in very negative way even sometimes abusing the customers. I hope my application will be considered as special one. I will be highly obliged to u for this favor.
