My evo charji have an issue wifi sign red but there is no service and signals.i call helpline services many time .They said service is active from there side and refer my call to technical manager. There is long long waiting tone to here almost 10 to 12 mints each time but technical manager is not available to serve the customer.Now what a customer should do when a lot of mobile credit lost but issue still remain for attendant.
