DSL out of order since last week
My DSL is out of order since last week, many complaints have been lodged on 1218 but all in vain. I personally visited PTCL Exchange Abbottabad where I requested the sitting staff and also met with SDO who were playing with internet and did not listen to me nor any response given.
In view of above you are requested my complaint may be settled and the staff/officers directed respect the valuable customers.
