Dear Javed Ahmed GM PTCL Hyderabad. it is necessary to draw your attention towards bad and incompetent PTCL land line and Broad band services under your jurisdiction and administrative control. The land line and broad band services on my number 022-2107625 are frequently off and on since last several months.There is no response from your sub ordinates in-spite of my several complaints registered on line and through complaint inquiry. I have sustained serious mental torture due to your careless incompetent jurisdiction and non cooperation. I am regular paying bill of PTCL . I have called you on your official land line number 022-2783963 today and several times before but your personal Assistant always refusing to connect the line to you and posing that u are every time in meeting and King of this country. I am law abiding citizen and not in position to tolerate your negligence by paying amount. from my pocket every month.I have decided to drop your services from today i-e 24th September 2016, and after today I am not responsible for any services bill of PTCL land line and Broad Band. Early action in this regard is requested.
