I had submitted the application along with the PTCL device/allied accessories to the service provider Nooriabad Mr Attaullah on 30 Mar 2018 and got the receiving signatures on the office copy. All previous dues till 30 march 2018 has also been cleared.But unfortunately i am still getting the regular bills. Complain at head office has also been lodged but no avail
It therefore requested that necessary intervention may be undertaken to resolve the issue at priority. Looking for positive response, please.
