we got ptcl broadband new connection on 15 march 2018 which registered on 10 march 2018 by our area exchange broadband department.now the exact issue which we have that is the disconnectivity and authentication problem from ur server on broadband availability.we complained alot of times till today but just two complains registered by ptcl representative officer.and our problem half solved but half not.and our exchange force us formaking cancelation of our complain without solving it.and ur 1218 service failed to resolve our problem.the main is this exchange controlled my net server connectivity.the lights of VDSL is running correctly but we see our connection limited or no net from server that means my server connection making limited by ur ptcl department.my ptcl number is 0673501055 ucan check it and see urself.now tell me what we do next??????????now a days 1218 services are totally low not useful and just waste of time and temper nothing else
