i have a ptcl broadband connection of 4MB at my number 051-4411348. but since last month the speed does not exceed even 1Mbps. inspite of multiple complaints to the customer services nothing has been done so far. my cell number is 0333-5447478. if the issue is not resolved even now. i am seriously considering changing my broadband to any other service
