My name is Ahmed Abdullah.I am in karachi.My ptcl number 02134507515.My address is 33/A block 2 commercial area A market PECHS Karachi .I am your old costumer i have very serious problem in my internet connection which is still dead.I have complain many times to your helpline number 1218.They give me complain number 71 but they dont take any action for solving my problem.I hope you will take action to solve my problem
