Sir this telephone is installed in the name of our Hospital namly Peshawer Leprosy Service now changed to Town Medical Services,located on Abdara Canal Road ,University Town Peshawer. We had asked for 2 MB services of broad band but it was giving us constent trouble and on our repeated complaints I was told your area has a problom and 2 MB is not working here and I was advised to switch over to 1 MB which I did as required .This was sometime in 2014.Thereafter I was expecting to be billed for 1 MB but they continued charging me for 2 MB.I made numerious complaints on phone,personally visited DE Khyber in this matter ,the current bill was corrected but next month they would again charge us for 2 MB.After being disappointed from this office I wrote an e/mail to the billing section on 20 March 2016,to which I got the reply that it will be looked into .On 29 November 2016 I again sent an e/mail reminding them of the problom to which I didnot get any reply .I made a number of complaints on 1236 and I was told that now correction has been made and your next bill will be of 1 MB.The present bill again is of 2MB RS 2299. against Rs 700(approximatly) for 1 MB. Can you please help me in this matter as the concerned department has so far not moved at all. Thanking you in anticipation. Chairman Town Medical services.
