Dear Sir,
We are using PTCL landline along with broadband service since last 3-years with unlimited download package but, due to budget controlling we had to step down to lower package. We use to call to PTCL helpline to check our control usage during the month and get feedback that we are in the limits of downloading but, our current bill of August 2016 give an opposite picture moreover two months bill is combined with a total of Rs.5,490. This is totally unacceptable as PTCL helpline never informed us that we have crossed our limited as such IN PROTEST we are forced to suspend PTCL Broadband service if PTCL does not give any attention to our complaint and revise the bill.
