Dear Team,
Hope you are doing well,
I am writing this email with a lot of disappointment. Today I received my online order in third class condition. The mirror of my magnifier that was in order broken and as well drone camera. I notify TCS customer in office but he blamed we are not responsible and you guys contact with the company which was sent you you this parcel. I also contact with that company but your representative give me advice that if you give me 1000 rupee we will send it back to company and he get 1000 rupee from me and send it to potouq company. I know very well that the order was broken from TCS site in travel. But I am very disappointed on the behave of your customer chit chat and 1000 rupee corruption even I have 7 day return policy with company. Would you guys like to tell me why he get 1000 rupee from me? as your customer tell me this was q packing charges that we need.
I have attached my order numbers and email address for contact with me and for your reference.
I also have video of this order as a proof it you need I will send it to you.
