I had to repay a loan of Rs. 40,500 to PK loan app on 29/11/2022. I had a problem in the easypaisa account which I told to their agent. The agent told me to pay Rs 3200 that would give me an extension of 3 days. I paid 3200. Next morning another agent called me and told me that I have to pay full amount withing 15 minutes as they would start calling my references. I told her my problem of the easypaisa account and also about the extension money I paid the previous night. She told me that it was a fraud call and I must pay Rs. 4720 to her within 15 minutes, and then she’ll update my file and that 4720 will be deducted from the total amount. It’s been a day I am calling them and they are not lessening the amount. Even their managers are saying that we cannot trace who made you the call. I mean inko khud nahi pata inka konsa agent kis bndy ko call kar raha h? Now on the app the amount is Rs.42930. I have already wasted Rs.8000 and they are asking me to pay the full amount. Please I need help in this matter.
