I’m writing to you to complain about the extremely unprofessional and rude service of pizza hut in Karachi, in placed an order online, order number 320025 on 27th April 2018. The order was accepted and we received a confirmation call but then after sometime they called and just cancelled the order and said they refunded the money to my credit card as the do not deliver to the address mentioned on the order. When we said that we will come and pick up the order from the pizza hut restaurant which is just 15min from our house they were extremely rude and said no u can’t coz we have cancelled the order and you will get you money back in 2-3 days. The credit card I used was an international card so will pizza Hut also refund back on the exchange rate and the bank charges???
This is totally unacceptable from a on international restaurant like Pizza Hut. How can your staff be so unprofessional and rude. It was my nephews request that he wanted a stuffed crust pizza and when this happened he just went to bed hungry!
If i did not hear back from pizza hut international, I will be left with no choice but to write to the newspapers and let everyone know how you treat your customers.
