Dear Sir,
It is submitted for your kind information that I Mr. Muhibullah alongwith other 05 relatives one man and 4 females were coming back from Umrah on dated 30 Dec 2017 through Pakistan International Airlines Flight No PK736 for Jeddah To Peshawar at Time 03:50 am.
In the meanwhile we faced very chronic position at that time when the concern person who was weighing the luggage of the passengers demanded for SAR. 800 as extra weight, however our luggage was less than limited weight i.e for Six Passports/Tickets (6*30=180 kgs). As the behavior of concern person who seated on counter was too stupid/harsh and unsuitable as handed over five passports to us and left one passport with him till the payment of SAR 800.
Keeping in view the above actual position it therefore requested that an inquiry committee may be constituted in the same matter to prevent such guilty hands from such practice and to clean the service from such black bears and the said amount may kindly be recovered from the said person.
