Dear Sir
My Wapda Meter Ref No . 07 26328 0251700 R. is sticky for the last tow months .I received tow bills . The last bill which I paid Meter reading is 74195 and meter is sticky on 73897 . I am a service man and can not bear 150 units per month . Kindly issue order to correct my meter for the coming month of October and oblige . I shall be very thankful to .
