Respected sir,
It is stated that Miss Farzana Gul (Business Development Executive SCB Personal loan & Credit Card, I/9 Branch Islamabad) has contacted (in mid of Sep 2016) me and told me that we want to take over your personal loan (which was obtained by me from silk bank Rs 350,000/-) at lowest mark up rates as compare to Silk bank. I asked her that how much amount you will give me and what will be my monthly installment?. She replied that each thing will be communicated with you after verification of your documents and residence etc. During verification, I received a fone call about this loan, I said that person that please tell me the total amount and installment so that I can calculate it that whether there is any financial benefit in switching over from silk bank to standard chartered bank. He said this will be communicated with you before approval of your loan.
Sir, Miss Farzana and her boss has contacted me on 30th Sep 2016 at about 05:00 PM, asking me for provision of on another document, I replied that I am out of office now and it is not possible for me to provide it today, they used very harsh words, insulted me and said that it will be cancelled, I replied that plz cancel it, as I don’t want to avail it. After this call I considered it as cancelled. But Miss Farzana has called me on 4 oct 2016 that your loan has been approved and Rs 420,000/- is sanctioned amount and your installment will be Rs 12,083/- per month. I replied that I am giving Rs 11,000/- per month installment in silk bank and here is Rs 12,000 (1,000) more, Moreover the differential amount (420,000 – 350,000) is Rs 70,000 and I have to pay about Rs 40,000/- early payment penalty in silk bank. So this is not suitable for me. I asked Miss Farzana that how it is sanctioned without getting my consent, but she did not replied me satisfactory.. After some time she has texted me (can be checked for evidence) requesting me that please don’t deny it otherwise there will by my job issue, and in future I will give you lowest rates at promotional rates etc).
At last Sir neither I received the Pay order, nor check book, ATM etc and the bank is enforcing me to get it. She is saying that charges will hit on your loan and much more.
It is requested that please look into the matter personally to resolve this issue. I was launching this complaint in banking mohtisib but before this I have to contact with your concerned bank first.
