I order Pediasure Milk through daraz.pk against tcs tracking number 779201516831. It has reached at Tcs bhai pheru facility centre but your tcs guays are calling me to collect from facility centre. Why should i collect it even i have paid to deliver at my door step. I have launched complaint several times against my other products and evey time they called me to collect from centre instead to deliver at my door step. Ensure product delivery at my home. This also conveys a message that Tsc does not listen to its customers thus spoiling tcs brand image.
