Hey it’s samreen owais here .There’s this issue with my online transaction .I did an online transaction for patpat,tha transaction was done successfully from my easy paisa account but they did not received any money.And transaction is done to public Exsolution pvt ltd which by searching I came to know you guyzz.i Ned to confirm that you have people received RS.21818/- on 18 September 2022.please check your account and let me know.i have transaction id number and bank statement as well .I need to reverse the transaction now as it deducted from my account but patpat doesn’t received it.please do help me
