Your company had to deliver my Passport on 20/4/2017 but uptill now dated 21/4/2017 at 1815 Hrs there is no sign of arrival of your representative. I have given the address of my office for delivery purpose i.e. Office of the Operation Director LESCO, 4th Floor LESCO Headquarter, 22-A Shahrah-e-Fatima Jinnah (Queens Road) Lahore. The time of office was upto 1600 Hrs but I waited upto 1830 Hrs. I have also made 4-5 calls on your number 111123456 but nobody solve my problem nor given any number of delivery person but only encourage me to wait & wait. It pertinent to mention here that I have to submit Hajj Application after receiving my Passport and there will be holiday in my office on Saturday & Sunday. I have also bounded the related bank officials to wait for me but all in vain due to TCS Services. Who will be responsible? My complaint ticket Number is 1478159 and my Passport token No. is 10212969364.
