I have booked my ticket from Pakistan Railway Application from my Jazz cash account 03175513855 of Rs 1500. Payment has been deducted from my account . But ticket was not generated successfully. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.
And make the service perfect for the citizen of Pakistan.
Kindly remove jazz cash option from Ticket reservation from Pakistan railway app, because its second time that they deducted my amount from my account but ticket was not confirmed kindly refund my previous money aswell.
Make the separate wallet option in the app that the customer can deposit their money in their wallet and the money can be deducted from their wallet directly.
Kindly make sure that My amount will be successfully refund in my account otherwise I will go to court and I will file a case against Pakistan Railway and Jazz Cash.

and Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
