Assalamoalikum,
Can Any 1 tell me why i didn’t get refund yet of my cancelled tickets yet,I am trying to call on helpline number also but i found it always busy, my order number is 2901346. dated 29 Aug 2018, my Contact Number is 03343748505.
I booked 3 Tickets on Karachi Express for journey on 28th September 2023,through Jazz cash agent as advised at the time of booking but had to cancel on 24th September 2023
but now I m going to agent, Jazz cash Franchise but no one is refunding.
Advise where to go for refund
