Pakistan Railway/ STE Abdul Aziz Jauhar
i travelled on 7th April 2018 by 28DN Shalimar Express from Lahore to Rahim Yar Khan. I got the ticket no. 000240 amounting to Rs.1070 from current Reservation counter upto Multan because there was no seat or berth was available upto Rahim yar khan. During journey i requested several times to conductor gaurd and STE to extend my ticket to Rahimyarkhan but they replied that the STE from Multan will do the same. when the train arrived at Multan, i approached mr. Abdul Aziz Jauhar STE
to extend the ticket, he replied me to sit in coach no.17, i am coming and will extend your ticket upto Rahimyarkhan. but when the Mr. Abdul Aziz came in the coach, he demanded me Rs.500 extra as bribery and said that you have not got the ticket, however on Multan station i requested him to extend my ticket. i protested against it, but he threatened me that i will handover you to the police. i requested him that i am a respectable citizen of Pakistan and i am a tax payer, but he paid no heed to my request and charged me excess upto Rs, 1390/-
Now i have paid Rs. 1070 +1390=2460 for Rahim Yar khan and further more now i decided not to travel via train when such black sheeps are in Railway. i request you to take a strict action against Abdul Aziz Jauhar STE and please refund me the extra amount he charged me. i also felt embarrassment at that time.
i will also produce the both tickets, one from Lahore to Multan and 2nd from Multan to Rahimyarkhan
i am looking forward for your strict action against mr. Abdul Aziz. these elements are ruining the image of your department.
