I purchased a return ticket 08th to 23rd June 2018 from PIA Dubai Clock tower office, i just used one way ticket and changed my mind not to go back to Dubai, I requested PIA Office in Peshawar for the refund as well as i contacted their Helpline number, I was surprised that the so called “Great People to Fly with” suggested me to purchase another return ticket to Dubai and refund your one way ticket in the same office from where you purchased, what a non sense.
Sorry to say, but its a Third class airline, their customer care and help line numbers are useless, I didn’t find even a single competent person to resolve my issue. Too many times i purchased Air blue, Shaheen return tickets in Peshawar and Refunded in their Dubai Office on the Spot.
I want to share one more incident regarding PIA, last year in November i was travelling from Dubai to Peshawar, when the meal was served i pointed out a small stone inside the food to a supervisor named SHINWARI, he blamed the PC hotel for the food and even didn’t bother to say sorry for the negligence.
In Apr-2018 I purchased a ticket Executive Economy with a double rate, i was surprised that they pulled only a Cloth Seperator between Economy class and Executive Economy, they just deceived me, there was no difference.
I will suggest to all the passengers, please go for any other airline but don’t choose this worse Air line, these are the three incidents happened to me, and i don’t want any of my Bro or Sis come across the same experience. Avoid PIA Until Unless its customer Friendly and bring their standards upto the Mark.
