Honourable Chief Justice,
I want to get your attention about my appeals registered in the Supreme Court, appeal No. CPLA1974/2016 decision dated 27.2.2017 Review appeal No. SMCRP 114/2017 Review decision dated 21.9.2017, where the jusitice has denied, even the fundamental rights of the petitioners not considered while they accepted in decision Federal service Tribunal and department Pakistan forest Institute Peshawar has treated on principle of a human being. In decision learned supreme court council has decision the guilty was director, inquiries launched against petitioner and finding were unexceptional. There was no evidence against petitioner but petitioner had been left for department merci. The petitioner submitted an appeal (merci) for revise his punishment in minor and reinstate him but department rejected. I only request you please see the case, this was the supreme court case, wood testing of door that were fixed in the supreme court culprits were in CDA, Contractor, Director PFI, Peshawar and his companion Assistant and Wood working officers who are high profile but department submitted to the courts an innocent steno with fake witness and forged inquiries result for punish. I spent 5 years in FST and 2 years in supreme court but all support and favoured their costs, their categories people and the case close tactically to punish a steno. I request you kindly see the appeal and review and held inquires against Director, and Assistant and Wood working officer of the PFI, Peshawar they were responsible and actual offensive they have the duty of work and have the responsibility, that I have explained in my review but my review was rejected and case put a side and justice door was closed and left me in air for singing. I have spent my lot of money for court fees, advocate fee and etc of the court expenses and now I have no chance to forward my case for justice. I request you see please into the matter.
