I had booked Alto VX on 20-10-2021 still I am waiting for my car with no definite delivery date. I emailed Pak Suzuki customer service but no response. I called customer service number but no one attended. however dealer is also not informed he says you we’ll get in 1 or 2 days. but still no results. extremely worst conditions for customers in Pakistan. no one take notice. these automobile manufacturers have license to loot consumers. all the taxes are imposed on consumer not manufacturers. I have submit all the payment in advance also the recent FED that govt. imposed. I think a strict action should be taken against such companies…..

* Get refund / replacement / damages from Pak suzuki.

    Mehran Suzuki Dealer Hyderabad is looting customers by not providing free warranty service which is paid in advance in invoice of vehicle.
    I have complained and physical visited the dealer and meet authorized person but he is not able to solve my genuine problem.
    I have spend money on first due service oil change etc which were the liability of dealer.
    Please resolve my genuine problem or refund my money which is paid in advance on account of warranty service.
