OUT GOING SMS LAHORE
Dear Sir,
I have been using the SIM card of Warid Network (0321-4300915) since 2005. Since then, I never ever faced any kind of issue regarding stoppage of out-going SMS etc. On 02.10.2020 SMS outgoing service was blocked on my sim card. I checked my hand set settings relating to sending SMS and made all other possible efforts but found no error. I visited a jazz Franchise shop who advised me to call jazz helpline 111 and complain to them. I called the helpline last week and told them the problem but received no response.
2. On 16.10.2020 I visited Jazz Experience Center, Eden Centre, Jail Road, Lahore. Vide ticket number 0405, I explained my problem to the counter person who checked and informed me that the complaint which i was logged on jazz help line is not on the jazz computer record. He entered my complaint and said that after 2/3 hours you will receive a response. I received no response from the jazz and my problem could not be resolved.
3. Sir, keeping in view the above mentioned circumstances and keeping in view my painful and uncomfortable position, It is humbly requested that my problem may please be resolved and my SMS out-going facility be restored.
