Dear Mr.MA Manan,
Please don’t un friend me after this misleading fraud by TCS until I’ve answered.
I would like to draw your attention towards very serious issue of one line fraud with the support of TCS. I order 3shirts online with delivery charges of TCS under consignment # 772365619622 dated 13-02-2018 and my family receives a packet on 16-02-2018 by paying Rs.1500/- to TCS representative. After open up the packet found 3 dirty shirts which I didn’t order. On 17-02-2018 I went to your Multan office customer services but they didn’t listen my complaint and ask me that you must order to some credible online shopping web site next time and we can’t return your Rs.1500/- Money while the online company didn’t attend their numbers. I need my few questions to be answered by your good self.
1- Please arrange to conduct all Pakistan online customer’s training session at your TCS offices so that we all should trained ourselves to find the credible online shopping web sites as asked by your customer services representative in Multan, we only compare the brand with delivery company like TCS. That if TCS has an agreement with this company for delivery of consignment this shall be credible.
2- Why TCS is not working on company credibility because we all Pakistani paying the online shopping amount to TCS representative not the online shopping company directly, so our
Trust on TCS should remain trust worthy.
3- Why don’t TCS insert a transparent window on its online shopping delivery envelops, so the customer can easily judge the product he order and at the same time decide to accept or refuse the delivery of packet.
If my this complaint remains unresolved it means that TCS is also a part on these kind of online frauds by delivering the packs and collecting the money.
