It is really annoying while you are anxiously waiting for a product and the shipment is delayed or held hostage at custom or whatever. Mostly in online shopping, it happens. Here what Im gonna share is the same issue with me.
Order has been confirmed, Payment is done in advance, customer service representative is in contact, but the shipment is hell delayed.
Stores should take this issue into account seriously.
