Few days ago i order shoes through instagrame while the ahipper send me alipper of local brand which cost is 100 rup while COD ammount was 3000.plz hold the cod amount let inform ahipper to contact the cnee while the shipper block me from instagrame and whatsapp.i pay money to TCS not to shipper so as per GDA policy you cant pay the cod amount until shipper contact to customer to confirm.bt here shipper block me its clearly showed he was a scammer
