For the last more than one year Ptcl bills are not being delivered to my adddres. A few weeks ago the Standard Chartered Bank, Paris road, Branch Sialkot handed over one cheque worth Rs.550,000/- to TCS Sialkot for delivery to my home address which was never delivered but remained with TCS office and on enquiry to know the status of delivery the SCB bank came to know that the envelope containing the cheque was lying with TCS which was returned to SCB undelivered.
Last week a packet containing Debit Card issued by SCB in my favour was retuned to SCB Sialkot Branch undelivered on 16.09.2016 and this was intimated to me by SMS from SCB.

Unfortunately, mails through other courier companies reach timely.
We afraid that the staff engaged by your offices in this area are least interested to delivery packets to me.
