I have been waiting to receive my NICOP card which was issue from NADRA under the TACKING NUMBER 807027048048. Neither I have not yet receive any call from TCS nor SMS. When I called to TCS he is unable to tell us where is the shipment in which branch. He is telling a lie that o have a address issue. If he has a address issue he should have been called on the registered number or SMS to contact with customer. He is telling a lie that he has returned to Nadra Office. When I asked which branch he could not tell us.
I am very disappointed with TCS service because of telling a lie, misguide to to the customer, no commitment on time, no contact with customer, taking decision by own without prior informing to the customer.
My wife has to travel and collect the card herself.
