My previously complain dated 16 August 2022 reference.
Sir, I have transferred a sum of Rs. 12000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Only) on 15 August 2022 at 2045 hours from my jazz cash account no 03021101904 (Muhammad Siddique) to NGR Energy Account no 98370106906152 Meezan Bank (Payee Name: Munir Khan) for investment as shown during recharging processes. So, said amount was required to be deposited in my NGR Energy account which was opened against my mobile no 03021101904 as per procedures in vogue by NGR Energy company, said amount would be shown in balance, which is still awaited. However, after lapse of considerable time even repeated reminders/requests same amount neither credited in NGR account nor returned/reversed in jazz cash account. It is further added that no reply received from your office and any representative did not contact on the issue. Therefore, it is once again requested that Rs. 12000/- may please be deposited in my NGR Energy account, otherwise amount will be returned/reversed in jazz cash account 03021101904 (Muhammad Siddique) accordingly. I hope that authority concerned will resolve the issue without any further delay.
