Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent shopping experience at your Ndure Shoes Shopping Center
Tehkal Bala Near Borjan Shopping center
On 21/03/2025, I visited your store and selected a pair of shoes that were displayed in the “Discount” section. The shoes were clearly labeled as being on sale, and I was excited to purchase them at the discounted price.
However, when I proceeded to the checkout counter to make the payment, the customer care officer scanned a QR code and informed me that the shoes were not eligible for the discount. I was surprised and disappointed by this, as the shoes were clearly displayed in the discount section.
I brought this to the attention of the floor facilitator staff, who was very cooperative and apologetic. However, the customer care officer’s insistence that the shoes were not on sale was inconsistent with the store’s display and marketing.
I request that you look into this matter and take necessary steps to ensure that your store’s pricing and promotional policies are clearly communicated to customers. I would also appreciate it if you could provide a refund or adjustment for the difference between the advertised discount price and the actual price I paid.
