Dear Ndure Team,
I purchased a pair of shoes for my son on 01-Feb-2025, and to my disappointment, they were damaged by 12-Feb-2025—lasting less than 15 days. This clearly indicates poor quality.
I returned the defective shoes on 13-Feb-2025 along with the bill and receipt (attached), yet your complaint center unjustifiably rejected my claim. This is completely unacceptable. I paid Rs. 2,800, and it is not my fault that the product failed within such a short period.
I expect you to either replace the shoes with a new pair or repair them immediately. Please resolve this matter at the earliest; otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint further.
