We have requested to NDRA office employees for the preparation of a birth certificate. They replied forms are not available. Finally, it was shared that on 20th March forms be received so for. Today is 28th March but still there is same response of unavailability of forms.
Kindly our request may be processed, so that birth certificate can be received, timely.
