Around 9PM, February 04,2018. I used my SCB debit card in ATM machine at NBP Umerkot. I tried two time to withdraw PKR.3000/= but both time ATM machine showed that due to hardware problem ATM machine is unable to process on submitted request. Both time amount was deducted from my SCB account which is not reversed in my account. Kindly reverse my uncollected cash in my SCB account.
