Dear sir. ATM main door lock at 8:15 pm dated 10-jan-2017 as i m says to guard for ATM transcation he say ATM locked at 8:00 pm to 8:00 Am on daily basis he says Bank officer to authorised us to closed the ATM door AT night & says to me we have written authority on my demad he fail to provide authority letter . Plz look into the Metter for proof see the attach pic of following branch ATM. I am very tankfull to you for resolve the following complaint.
