My Parcel to be delivered from Peshawar. Dadu, Sindh, Pakistan

Myself Amjad Hussain from Johi, Distt. Dadu.
Respected Sir: On 12th of August I got two orders from Daraz tracking IDs below:
Tracking ID No. 1: 779235949456
Tracking ID No. 2: 779235981831.
The packages are arrived at Logistic Facility (Dadu) but their delivery boy didnt come yesterday (friday), so I went myself for getting my parcel from described facility which is 19km away from my city. But staff didnt cooperate with me and asked me to come tomorrow or you will get your parcel at your destination (my city).
I am waiting for delivery boy and he has come yet.
So my question is, this is how you deal with a costumer? Who goes 19km away just to receive his own parcel and staff wont hand-over the parcel?
