Subject Complaint against Askari Guard AWT Mr. M. Akram’s misbehavior & injustice.
For your kind information; Farhana Yasmeen is my sister and an employee of EOBI for the last 10 months, with great disappointment in writing to complaint to the concerned departments in regards of awkward behavior and injustice with her by her supervisor, Mr. M. Akram Mobile# 0347 538 7250 PIA Head Office Blue Area Islamabad.
Without any hesitation, the supervisor constantly demanded her to have free talks with her immorally, allegedly, by denying his rubbish requests, he took revenged by replacing her from her position with a new girl, may be by giving wrong information to the human resource department and sending a new request for hiring new girl, this incident happened, when she was on her 10-day officially approved leaves that she took for her mother who was in critical condition and bedridden due to heart failure and admitted in Intense Care Unit (ICU) of the Army Hospital,. After 7-day (before ending her approved leaves) when she came back to office she found a new girl on her replacement. Instead of listening to her Mr. M. Akram spoke to her without a sense of mercy.
For your kind information, Mrs. Farhana has verbally lodged a report to the in charge / Head (Mr. Saeed… Mobile 0300 983 8088) of Security Department and few others concerned on the right time, who promised the matter will be taken serious and will make an inquiry into the matter within four days and will take action against the supervisor if found guilty, I really regret, they neither took any action nor made any inquiry into the matter yet though it took too late.
When discussed the matter with Mr. Saeed, he made very bad allegations against my sister Farhana why because she is a poor girl and earns for their kids.
Therefore your urgent attention to the matter will much oblige and I look forward to a genuine reply from your side I am aware that lodging a complaint against Mr. M. Akram will require a formal investigation and I (Mrs. Farhana Yasmeen) am prepared to participate as needed.
