Hello there . My brother did a booking of a courier from Multan , Pakistan to China. I was supposed to receive my parcel within 10 days but I received an email today after 13 days that my courier is stuck at Karachi Hub and i need to pay the REMOTE AREA CHARGES to proceed. I mean what the hell is this ? I got M&P service for the first time and I’m extremely disappointed. If it was necessary to pay the REMOTE AREA CHARGES they should have told me on the booking time . They have wasted my time alot as I needed that courier urgently. I messaged them on Facebook and called M&P helpine but no one replied to me which is such a shameful thing . I’m attaching screenshots please read them . I’m sorry I’m extremely disappointed by your service and I’d never suggest any of my friend to go for M&P services.

* Go to page
* Write M&P in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from M&P.
M&NP Okara sattaf (Mr.Rizwan) is very disappointed
And unprofessional. Will never use this service again.
right. 400 ka balance spend hwa in k 3rd class courier service ki waja se.
very bad service m&p courier …….many complains but no response. total waste of money…
specially gulshan branch and head office.
