Respected Sir,
Some of our staff are facing problem in getting credit of their monthly salaries effected from ILO HQ, Geneva. I hereby confirm that the staff, as mentioned below are ILO staff and should be exempted from providing “Form R” each time HBL receives remittance advice from abroad. All the staff have bank account in Standard Chartered bank and as for as I understood the Form R requirement apply on remittance exceeding USD 10,000. I confirm that none of our staff is getting more than this limit. The requirement of Form R is causing unnecessary delay and putting staff in great trouble for not having funds in their accounts in time.

I will therefore request to issue necessary instructions to all your branches not ask for Form R in the future. I will highly appreciate a quick response/action,
