I have never subscribed to any service or provided my details to any platform related to PI Pakistan Pvt Ltd, yet my account was debited without my consent. This is a clear case of unauthorized transaction and fraud.
I request an immediate investigation into this matter and demand a refund of my deducted amount. Additionally, necessary actions should be taken to prevent such fraudulent deductions in the future so that other users do not suffer the same issue.
If this complaint is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter to [PTA, FIA Cyber Crime, State Bank of Pakistan] and other relevant authorities to seek justice
