On 18th January, Mobilink deducted unjustified balance from my account, my balance was Rs.1200 at 1 am but at 1.42 am i got the message from Mobilink i have balance less than Rs. 15… after shocking news, I checked my status on *111# that was showed Rs.1.50… I tried to call helpline but could.not talk to customer representative. I sent an email to mobilink complaint. I received message within 15 seconds which was autogenerated message reply by mobilink. I did not get any call from Mobilink representative. I recharged my account with Rs.50 to call 111 for customer representative.. he replied as usual data usage which i did not use. He transferred my call to supervisor his.name was saad. He replied, the mobilink.will respond my complaint as soon as possible. But on 19 january 2018 i did not get any call from customer after 24 hours. I called 111 again, the representative again transferred my call to same person named saad to whom I talked with previous night. He replied me the mobilink.is working on.my complaint will be contacted soon. I have been waiting for 4 days but in vain. On 23rd January i put the complaint tp wafaqi mohtasib and PTA, then I received call from Mobilink representative waqas, his.way of talk was not good and insisted me that agree that it is data usage, his behaviour was like that may be he is on comission to insisted me. I again responded emails to mobilink.after took notice by.wafaqi mohtasib and PTA. Again i received call today, on 8-Feb-2018 the representative named Shabana. I respect to women, thats why i requested her to please talk to me in written because wafaqi mohtasib and PTA took notice and you cantacted me then. She insisted me.to agree that I used unjustified data usage and my balance deducted Rs.1200 in 24 minutes. Mobilink has done.fraud to me.
My request to all of you, please stand by my side as a being good citizen of Pakistan. It was my.halal paise not haram. Mobilink is showing HATDHARMI that he is.strong than Pakistani citizens because its owner is doing big big fraud.
