Hi there! hopefully, you’ll be fine. I had subscribe a haftawaar offer probably on saturday in which i have been given 700 hundred mint, 700 sms and 70 mbs internet. I’m sorry to say that when i tried to call on my friend’s jazz number, it didn’t go through and afterwards i cheched my account balance and it was stated that you have insufficient balance to place a call. The remaining package is available until saturday but i’m unable to place any call through jazz to jazz. What am i supposed to do now? i might be spoken to your cust service representative several time. Pls feel free to call me or resolve my problem ASAP
