Dear Mobilink Representative,
AoA, I have been registering complaints regarding poor / no signals in my current residential area i.e. Eid Gah Chowk, Tariq Colony, Mustafabad (Dharampura), Lahore. I have been informed yesterday on call at 17:31 hours, by Mr. Adnan (Mobilink representative), that due to security jammers, there exists problem. This reply is so ridiculous. If jammers have been placed, why are those jammers not disturbing any other network signals? I have been using the above mentioned Jazz sim from 12 to 13 years and I am a “so called” GOLD CUSTOMER as well. The problem should be solved in any case.
