SINCE LAST MONTH I AM EXPERIENCING SLOW SIGNALS ON MY DEVICE INSIDE HOME. NOW THE SIGNALS WORK SLOWEST . I AM UNABLE TO RECEIVE SEND CALLS THROUGH JAZZ SIM. I MADE A COMPLAINT LAST MONTH AT Mobilink HELP LINE, THEY SAID THAT YOUR PHONE IS DAMAGED. WHILE I HAVE 3G SAMSUNG GT19300 PHONE WHICH IS WORKING FINE WITH ANOTHER SIM. SO I TOLD THE HELPLINE THAT PLEASE DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE. AFTER DIAGNOSING THEY DIDN’T FIND ANY PROBLEM THEN THEY ASK ME TO VISIT THE NEAREST FRANCHISE TO CHECK MY DUPLICATE SIM WHICH I RECENTLY ISSUED AS MY ORIGINAL SIM WAS LOST. SO I WENT TO CLOSEST FRANCHISE THEY SAID THE SIM IS 100% IN WORKING AND I SHOULD BE RECEIVING HTE SIGNALS INSIDE HOME. AGAIN I CALLED BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILED TO RESOLVE AND THEY SAY THAT IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. SO WHOSE PROBLEM IS THAT. I HAD TO BUY A NEW SERVICE TO CALL AND RECIEVE INSIDE THE HOME. IT IS DEFINITELY THE SERVICE PROVIDER ISSUE AND THEY SHOULD RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. BUT THEY CANT UNFORTUNATELY
