Dear Sir,
I had loaded Rs:3000 to get 150GB Data Package for my device # 0323-7115482. I told Mr. Fawad Ahmed Abbassi on Jazz help line at 5:28 pm 5th December2022 , to activate the 150GB/Rs:2680 (18Rs/GB cost) , But he replied that by mistake i have active 60GB /Rs:1740 cost ( Rs:29/GB). After that their senior Mr: M.Bilal hold me for 15 to 20 minutes and replied we can do nothing. They have given me an expensive product without my permission. So i want to complain against them.
